This is one of a few bikes used by the T-800 (Arnold Schwarzenegger) during filming of the movie. Arnold and the bike are always instantly recognizable as the keys to the Terminator 2 movie. This particular bike matches up in several of the scenes - especially the shape and wrinkles in the saddle bags. There is a custom bar mounted on the front of the frame which used to have footpegs. This was installed so that John Conner (Edward Furlong) had a place to put his feet when he was riding on the gas tank. The gas tank has many scratches and marks on it, presumably from the various takes of John Conner being pulled on to it from his bike. The bike was acquired directly from the studio and is complete with a copy of the ownership paperwork stating "T2 Productions", along with an original signed bill of sale and letter of authenticity from Mario Kassar, Executive Producer of T2. The bike was never registered, and is currently in stored non-running condition, though kept in exact shape as acquired years ago.
