This is an original (unsigned) Abyss production Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Contract. The two page contract was issued to various crew members before production began on the film. This is an unsigned, unused extra contract from the production (however it looks like a partial signature was whited out on the second page). Included with the contract is a 14 page staff & crew list with full contact information. The staff and crew list is dated January 4, 1989.
James Cameron is infamous for being strict about maintaining secrecy on his productions, so these types of contracts were put in place.
