Deep Impact / Comet Pictures with Hand Drawing

Status - SOLD

A seven-mile-wide space rock is hurtling toward Earth, threatening to obliterate the planet. Now, it's up to the president of the United States (Morgan Freeman) to save the world. He appoints a tough-as-nails veteran astronaut (Robert Duvall) to lead a joint American-Russian crew into space to destroy the comet before impact. Meanwhile, an enterprising reporter (Tea Leoni) uses her smarts to uncover the scoop of the century.

This set of six black and white prints with binder were custom printed for the production for use by Charles Martin Smith as "Dr. Marcus Wolf". The clear covers feature hand drawn notes on two of the clear covers and one of the black and white prints has a Lee High School Astronomy Club label attached to the back with photo credit "Leo Biederman" and the question "What is this star?". This is a back-up prop to the one seen on screen.
